Love this Lake House in Washington State and the way it nestles into the steep hillside setting without detracting from the surrounding landscape. This shed on an eco farm facility in the US is made from a lattice of locally grown bamboo - as one of the fastest growing plants on the planet, bamboo is a highly sustainable material and when it can achieve a look as beautiful as this it can only be a matter of time before we see it used more prominently in housing…
Too gorgeous for words! A treehouse designed by Todd Oldham - so many lovely interior details… And while there is a tiny part of me that thinks, ‘It looks a little bulky on the outside,’ it would be churlish of me not to take my architect hat off and enjoy this for what it is..
